Intercontinental Realty was founded in 1978 by Peter Remedios, and this family-operated firm employs both his wife and daughter. Other employees are just as dedicated and are also local residents, so they know the region and can best serve owners of local Ventura properties.
In 2004, Intercontinental Realty purchased Diamond Real Estate Management in Bakersfield. The firm operates in this area with the same dedication to quality and personal attention.
